The Structure:
Dates: November 2021 to October 2022
Specific dates will be shared as the schedule is set in October

Time: 9:00 – 10:30 AM CT (10-11:30 ET, 7-8:30 PT)
Location: Zoom

We will have a ‘team portal’ where data and information will be confidentially shared with members of the group.

To begin you will…
  • Do a Business Inventory (worksheet provided) and identify the top 3 key areas you’d like to improve in your business in the next 12 months
  • ​Set goals both financial, personal, and strategic for the next 12 months. These will be broken into “chunk size pieces” for the year.
Each month…
  • You’ll set goals for the next 30-days with the intent of ultimately accomplishing your 12 months goals.
  • ​48 hours prior to each meeting you’ll update your tracking sheet with progress you’ve made on the goal you set for the prior 30 days.
  • ​Vicki will review (and ideally other members will as well) how you’re doing against your goals and provide input and feedback in our monthly call.
Here is what we’ll cover over the next 12 months. There are some topics that will go over a two-month period. 
Each person will have an opportunity to share and get feedback during our monthly meetings. 

This is a roadmap to support you in building the business you desire and to help you reach your business and personal goals.
1) Create the vision for your business. 
What is the company you’re creating and what will it look like when you’ve built it?
This Vision Creation Guide will help you identify what is most important to you and help you and your partner get aligned with the vision of the business you’re building. Get clear on your vision for business your building:
  • What do you want to be known for?
  • ​What kind of people do you want to be working with?
What you’ll get: CLARITY about where your headed to building the plan to get there will be easier.
2) Do a Business Inventory.
Where are you now and where do you want to be?
Complete the Business Inventory evaluate what’s working, not working and that you’d like to have working better in your business.

Identify the 3 key areas where you wan to make changes in your business in the next 12 months.

What you’ll get: A ROADMAP on the specific projects to work on in the next year that will give you the most leverage in reaching your goals and building a more sustainably successful company.
3) Build Your Financial Success Plan by creating an Operating Budget for your business.
Using the Budget Template I provide, build out your operating budget for 2022.
  • ​Set financial success goals by putting the numbers to paper, just like you would when building out a project budget, except this is for your business.
  • ​Set goals for gross profit margins targets in bidding.
  • ​Set goals for your personal income.
What you’ll get: MEASURABLE GOALS for increasing profitability and cash flow.
4) Set Benchmarks for Sales & Marketing and set up your system for tracking results.
Starting with the end in mind, get clear on, using the Bid Tracking and Backlog Worksheet and templates I provide, you’ll identify:
  • ​What you need to sell to reach your financial goals
  • ​Have a clear understanding of who your ideal client is so your marketing aligns with your goals to attract that customer.
  • ​Set a close rate goal and then an estimating goal.
What you’ll get: CONFIDENCE to know how much you must sell and to whom to reach your goals.
5) Set up Feedback Systems so you can track where you are compared to your goals.
Using the Guides and Templates I’ll provide you, establish a structure for what reports you’ll review each week and month to help you know where you are compared to goals.
  • ​Learn to see where you’re on and off track with goals, and how to get back on course with reaching your goals for the year.
What you’ll get: ABILITY TO SEE CLEARLY where the gap exists between where you are and where you want to be so you can re-set to get back on track.

6) Get Team Aligned with Goals.
Identify the Top 3 Deliverables for each position in your business.
  • Get Agreements with employees on reporting on those top 3 deliverables.
  • ​Set goals for getting Position Agreements in place, with a month plan for implementing.
What you’ll get: ALIGNMENT with your employees so that you are not on your own to reaching your goals but rather work together as a team to reach them!
7) Create Employee Feedback and Review system.
Using my Signature Employee Review System, implement employee review process for your company.
  • ​Establish a schedule for when employee reviews will occur.
What you’ll get: COLLABORATION with employees for re-aligning to the goals you and they set.
8) Assess where you are compared to where you want to be. 
Are there any adjustments you want to make?
